Stud Là Gì?
Seven Card Stud = game poker mà mỗi player nhận 7 cards trong suốt hand:

Cấu Trúc Game
Antes và Bring-In
Thay vì blinds, Stud dùng:
Antes: Tất cả players post một small bet (antes) trước khi deal. Thường 10-15% của small bet.
Bring-In: Player có door card thấp nhất (Ace thấp trong Stud/Hi) phải post bring-in — forced bet nhỏ hơn full bet.

Third Street (3rd):

Thứ Tự Action Trong Stud
Key difference với Hold'em:
Trong Hold'em, position (BTN) fixed trong toàn hand.
Trong Stud, thứ tự action thay đổi mỗi street dựa trên visible cards:
- Street 3: Lowest door card goes first (bring-in)
- Streets 4-7: Player with BEST showing hand acts first

Dead Cards
Trong Stud, folded players' cards matter — chúng là dead cards.

Starting Hand Selection
Strong starting hands in Stud:
Three of a kind (Trips) on 3rd Street: Best possible start. Hidden trips (2 in hole + 1 showing) cực kỳ powerful — concealed strength.
High Pairs:
- AA, KK, QQ, JJ: Premium starting pairs
- Play aggressively, especially if pair hidden
Three to a Flush (3 suited cards): Strong draw potential. Premium version: Three high suited cards (e.g., A♠K♠7♠).
Three to a Straight: Open-ended straight draw từ 3rd street. Better với live cards (cards needed not folded).
Avoid starting with:
- Low pairs (22-77) without strong kicker or strong draw
- Three cards with multiple dead outs already
- Mixed unpaired, low cards
Reading Opponents' Boards
Đây là key skill của Stud:

- What are they likely holding?
- How strong is their hand?

How it works:
- High hand wins half the pot
- Low hand wins half the pot (if qualifies)
- Low hand must be: 5 unpaired cards, all 8 or lower
- If no qualifying low hand: High hand wins entire pot
Starting hand adjustment for Hi-Lo:
- Premium: A-2-3 suited (high flush potential + low draw)
- Hands that can make low AND high: Wheel draws (A-2-3-4-5)
- Pure high hands: Still valuable for hi half
- Pure low hands: Only win half — needs to be very strong draw
